Anytime I'd reach out to him with questions he'd reply promptly and would always rearrange his schedule around mine when it came to viewings pre-purchase (cleared his Easter long weekend to get my deal done), and then once my purchase was completed, he was there with me every step of the way fully coordinating the entire process for me right up until my closing date. As a first time buyer, and not having went through this process before, I found this to be especially helpful.
